Investigation
The Kaufman County District Attorney Investigators Unit prepares and further investigates cases going to trial, serves subponeas for trial, protective orders, and asset forfeitures.
We also provide assistance for the US Marshall's FAST (Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team) program which cleared over 300 warrants in Kaufman County last year.
